Role at Long Dog Wines:

Enzo is the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the entire farm running. He’s the first on site and the last to leave, making sure the bakkie starts, the tools are ready, and everyone has what they need to get the job done. Equal parts muscle and morale, he’s the glue that holds vineyard, cellar, and tasting room together, with a grin on his face and dust on his paws.

Personality:

Positive, grounded, and unflappably friendly, Enzo brings a calm strength to the chaos of farm life. He’s got a laid-back tail wag and a can-do attitude, but don’t let the easy smile fool you, when something needs doing, he means business. From broken pumps to staff morale, he sorts it all out with quiet confidence and a few well-timed woofs.

Hobbies:

• Swimming in anything that even resembles a body of water

• Fiercely guarding his morning biscuit (please do not touch)

• Sprawling across the entire couch, regardless of available space or company
