Noodle Lamberti

Breed:

A compact fusion of Chihuahua edge and Dachshund grit. Noodle may be small, but he packs the discipline of a drill sergeant and the instincts of a border patrol officer.

Role at Long Dog Wines:

As Head of Security, Noodle keeps the wheels turning and the gates locked. He runs a tight ship, checking every delivery, inspecting every movement on the CCTV feed, and ensuring just-in-time stock control like a pro. Nothing enters or exits Long Dog Wines without his say-so (or snarl-so). While others sip and swirl, Noodle scans and secures.

Personality:

Feisty? Always. Short-tempered? Occasionally. But underneath that gruff exterior is a salt-of-the-earth heart that beats for the farm and its team. Noodle calls it like he sees it, takes no nonsense, and genuinely believes that good wine begins with good systems. You may not get a tail wag, but you will get results.

Hobbies:

• Watching the security camera feeds like they’re his favourite soap opera

• Colour-coding spreadsheets (he doesn’t have thumbs, but somehow, it works)

• Practising self-defence for “just in case” scenarios, or just for fun… apparently.

Favourite Wine:

A full-bodied Tannat: structured, spicy, and not afraid to punch above its weight.
