Sam is the steward of the soil. As vineyard manager, she’s responsible for the health, growth, and rhythm of the vines. Every leaf, row, and shoot is under her watchful eye. Calm under pressure and always a few steps ahead of the season, Sam keeps things running smoothly with a balance of discipline and deep care.

Personality:

A natural leader with a lovable edge. Sam is both the backbone and the beating heart of the farm, in control when things get tough, and endlessly supportive of her team. She leads with quiet confidence, keeps everyone on track, and still finds time for a splash in the river or a play session with Nibby.

Hobbies:

• Swimming laps in the river like she’s training for the vineyard Olympics

• Chasing a rock (never a ball, always a rock) across the lawn with terrifying precision

• Playing with her teammates and sharing a little affection once the day’s work is done

Favourite Wine:

Sauvignon Blanc (yes, the neighbours wine…), crisp, clean, and full of life. Just like a well-run vineyard under her care.
